F Visa is issued to an alien who is invited to China for a business visit, research, lecture, scientific/technological and cultural exchanges, attending professional or business convention, or short-term studies for a period of no more than six months. China business visa is valid for 6 months with single-entry, 6 months with double-entry, or 6 months/12 months with multiple-entry.

1. Valid Passport
   
   Your valid & actual passport. The passport must have at least six (6) months validity left before expiration and at least one blank page left in it.
   
   An applicant born in China who applies for a Chinese visa with a new foreign passport is required to submit his /her Chinese passport or last foreign passport with a Chinese visa.
    
2. Visa Application Form
   
   Please download and complete online the Visa Application Form (Q1) print and sign it. One form per applicant.
    
3. Photo
   
   Please provide one 2" x 2" passport type photo for each applicant  (black & white or color is acceptable).
    
4. CCC Order Form
   
   Please download and complete online the CCC Visa Service Order Form, print and sign it. one form per shipping address.
    
5. Business Letter or Invitation Letter
   
   An Invitation Letter from the host company or organization in China, or a Business Letter from your company address to "Consulate of China" explaining the purpose of the trip, guaranteeing financial support for you while in China.
    
6. Processing Fees
   
   We accept personal check, money order. Please make your check or money order payable to Chinese Civic Center.

*1. Processing time means the time it takes for the Chinese Consulate to process your visa. Time to ship your application to and from CCC is extra.

*2. If you are submitting multiple applications, you need to pay only one FedEx Fee if all passports are returned to the same address. For ten or more passports, the FedEx fee is $35.

*3. Applications for rush service must be received by 10:00AM. You must therefore use the morning delivery services of FedEx, UPS or DHL only.

*4. Applications for regular and express services must be received by 12:30PM to be processed on the same day it was received. Applications received after 12:30PM will be processed the next business day.

*5.To apply for a Multiple Entry (F) Visa, the applicant shall meet the following requirements:

(1) The applicant has a visa notification issued by the authorized Chinese unit, which specifies the validity, number of entries and duration of stay for the visa application; or

(2) The applicant has made an investment in China. Please submit the original and photocopy of the Chinese business license carrying the name of the applicant (The original one will be returned after checking); or

(3) The applicant is in a position of management in an American company which has a subsidiary in China. Please submit an application letter from the American company and an invitation letter from the Chinese subsidiary company; or

(4) The applicant has visited China more than twice with the (F) visa within the past 12 months. Please submit a copy of the visa and an invitation letter from China; or

(5) The applicant need to visit China frequently in order to execute contracts signed with a Chinese company. Please submit the original and photocopy of the contract (The original one will be returned after checking).

*6. If the visa application form is not filled out completely, correctly and legibly, this can cause a delay in processing or the refusal of the requested visa.

Additional information

• Usually, the validity of a single Entry is 3 months and the validity of a double entry visa is 6 months from the date of issuance.   Unless specified on the application form and approved by the consular officer, the duration of stay is 30 days.
• Any person suffering from mental disorder, leprosy, AIDS, venereal diseases, contagious tuberculosis or other such infectious diseases shall not be permitted to enter China.
• The Validity, Duration of Stay, and Number of Entries of the visa is issued at the discretion of the Consular Officers, whose decisions are based on the laws and regulations of China. The Consular Officers have the authority to refuse any visa applications inconsistent with Chinese laws and regulations, or revoke issued visas
